Residents sign up, verify their address, and add their payment details. Nothing is charged until enough neighbours have joined and the neighbourhood reaches its activation threshold.
At that point, everyone's subscription begins on the same night — and the patrol starts.
Patrol service activates when a minimum sign-up threshold is reached within your neighbourhood cluster. GoldenEye Canada does not guarantee activation timelines. Subscriptions for pending clusters are paused and not billed until activation.
We do not make exceptions.
Every security company on GoldenEye is personally reviewed by our team before being assigned to any neighbourhood. The person patrolling your street has earned that responsibility.
